How it Works:

1.  Scope of Work: If a general contractor has not been chosen and an estimate not provided, we recommend a scope of work consult in your home to review each element's design options. We'll create a general scope of work that your contractor can review and provide a general estimate before we start narrowing down selections. 

2. We come up with the overall space plan that will provide optimal functionality and best use of the space. We then begin narrowing down design selections. We bring samples to you so that we can review options in the space, in your lighting. Elements typically include: Cabinet Style & Hardware, Counter Tops, Appliances, Plumbing Fixtures, Door & Molding Styles, Flooring Materials & Design, Tile Materials & Design, Light Fixtures, Interior & Exterior Paint Colors.

3. Turn-Key Decorating - While your remodel is in process, we can help plan the final design touches to ensure your space is ready to live in upon remodel completion. Read more about our NO hourly fee, turn-key decorating service here.
