Arlington Modern Organic

This modern organic Kitchen design stemmed from the home's location sitting on top of a hill surrounded by trees. The clients call their home the tree house and the Kitchen's new design had to feel as though it was an extension of the outside. An earthy quartzite overlaying smoky blue inset cabinets began the nature inspired color palette. Live edge shelves adorn the coffee bar and hand hammered cabinet hardware provide an organic warmth. Leather barstools nod to the mid-century age of the home and a striking hand-crafted molten glass chandelier adds the final modern touch.

For the moody organic home office lounge, we wanted each element in the design to feel natural and comfortable, flowing with the rest of the home's remodel while also maximizing function. It all started by removing archways that didn't fit the home's modern era for a cozier and more effective layout. A large focal window brings the outside in, a deep hued earthy wallpaper expands the room and memorable collectibles finalize a special personal touch.
